Hong Kong stocks keep falling, the Hang Seng Tech Index is down more than 1%, the index rose more than 1.5% in the morning, the Hang Seng Index’s gain narrowed to 0.1%, and it rose nearly 2% in the morning. Shares of BYD, Alibaba-W fell by more than 3%.
