The event was jointly hosted by the National Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the Yinchuan Municipal People’s Government. Focusing on key groups for youth employment—such as college graduates—the event innovated to create a diversified range of service models, with an emphasis on building recruitment scenes that young people are sure to enjoy. The event includes multiple segments, including talent recruitment, policy publicity and promotion, industry–academia–research–application, company showcases, smart recruitment, career guidance, alumni experience sharing, food, and intangible cultural heritage “stamp-and-collect” punch-card experience. It also brings together an integrated approach combining online recruitment, live-stream recruitment “online + offline,” and “recruitment + services,” offering graduating students one-stop services such as résumé revisions, mock interviews, career assessments, and school–enterprise cooperation.

For this recruitment event, 474 participating companies offered 11,614 job openings. (Of these: 370 participating companies from within the region offered 9,645 openings; 104 participating companies from other provinces/regions offered 1,969 openings.) More than 14,000 college graduates seeking employment entered the venue, and 3,048 people reached preliminary employment intentions.

Since this year began, Ningxia has continuously intensified efforts to promote employment for college graduates and other young people. It has introduced policy measures such as the “2026 Implementation Plan to Stabilize Employment and Promote Entrepreneurship,” accelerated and expanded recruitment of positions in public-sector departments, established a regional mechanism for matching key enterprises’ labor demand, increased the frequency and density of “10+N” public employment service activities, innovated youth employment service models, strengthened cooperation with colleges and universities and businesses, and broadened employment channels.
