People's Financial News, April 1 — According to Qichacha APP, recently, Haigang Embodied Intelligence (Qinhuangdao) Data Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 105 million yuan. Its business scope includes: quantum computing technology services; artificial intelligence application software development; cloud computing equipment technology services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by UBTECH's wholly-owned subsidiary UBTECH (Qinhuangdao) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and other shareholders.
