Atour's revenue growth in 2025 will surpass the total for 2022, with retail accounting for nearly 40%.
Leju Finance Li Lan Recently, Atour released its full-year 2025 results. The company’s revenue for the full year was RMB 9.79 billion, up 35.1% year over year. Adjusted net profit was RMB 1.753 billion, up 34.2% year over year. Adjusted EBITDA was RMB 2.481 billion, up 40.0% year over year.
By business segment, in 2025, Atour’s hotel business generated revenue of RMB 5.9 billion, up 22% year over year. Retail business revenue reached RMB 3.671 billion, up 67% year over year, accounting for nearly 40% of total revenue.
In terms of hotel store scale, the company opened 488 new hotels. Its total number of operating stores reached 2,015, up 24.5% year over year, completing the “Two Thousand Best Hotels” target. It also had 779 projects in reserve. The total number of registered members reached 112 million, up more than 25%. Among its retail products, sales of the Atour Deep Sleep Pillow pro series exceeded 10 million units.
Atour listed in the U.S. at the end of 2022. Looking across the timeline, from 2021 to 2025, the company’s operating revenue increased from RMB 2.148 billion to RMB 9.79 billion. Over five years, its revenue scale grew to 4.6 times the original level.
Over the same period, the company’s net profit attributable to shareholders rose from RMB 145 million to RMB 1.621 billion, increasing by more than 10 times.
What’s worth noting is that in 2025, Atour’s net increase in full-year revenue exceeded RMB 2.5 billion, surpassing the total revenue of RMB 2.263 billion for 2022’s full year.
The company attributes its growth to “sustainable, differentiated advantages.” Atour’s founder recently said that between 2013 and 2020, the company formed a differentiated service system, breaking down the user journey from check-in to check-out into multiple key touchpoints and configuring corresponding services.
Public information shows that 2025 is the final year of Atour Group’s three-year strategy for “China Experience, Two Thousand Best Hotels.” In 2026, the Group launches a new three-year strategy, “China Experience, Brand Leadership,” shifting the development focus from large-scale expansion to deep brand cultivation.
