The Data Elements Empowerment and High-Quality Development of the Low-Altitude Economy Work Promotion Conference was held in Suzhou.
People’s Finance and News, March 31—On March 27, the Data Resources Department of the National Data Administration held a meeting in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The meeting emphasized that efforts should fully leverage the role of data elements in the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy; handle the relationship between development and security well—strengthen data classification and tiered management, keep what should be regulated under control and open up what should be opened; handle the relationship between government and the market well—bring into play each side’s respective advantages, and form a situation in which public data and enterprise data are supplied from multiple sources and are shared and made available; handle the relationship between policy and practice well—both ensure “top-down” coordinated advancement and standardized guidance, and also encourage localities’ “bottom-up” diverse blossoming and innovative practices; handle the relationship between the present and the long term—stay tightly focused on the “one coordinated plan” goal, and advance in accordance with priorities and urgency, step by step.
The meeting called for strengthening institutional development for the supply and utilization of low-altitude data, improving management systems, and refining low-altitude data standards and guidelines. It also called for strengthening the construction of a low-altitude data resource ecosystem—expanding the supply of public data resources, accelerating the building of systematic data resources, enhancing interoperability between low-altitude data and the city data “foundation layer,” and exploring data market transactions in the field of the low-altitude economy.
In addition, the meeting urged strengthening support from low-altitude data infrastructure—improving the low-altitude computing power supply system, building digital low-altitude infrastructure, and strengthening algorithm research in the low-altitude sector. It further called for deepening the construction of application scenarios for low-altitude data resources—encouraging all parties to use low-altitude data to develop more products and provide better services.
