On March 26, local time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the United States has demonstrated interest in the global energy market, with official documents and statements from officials clearly indicating an intention to dominate the global energy market. Regarding the sabotage of the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline, Lavrov said that, with the obvious support of Western intelligence agencies, Ukrainian saboteurs blew up the pipeline. France and Germany have not condemned this either, and the United States now claims it wants to “take over” the Nord Stream pipeline. The overseas operations of Russia’s Lukoil and Rosneft are currently facing attempts at predatory seizure and appropriation. Lavrov emphasized that regardless of the economic situation, Russia will always fulfill its obligations and maintain relations with partners who follow the same principles. (CCTV News)
