Gelonghui March 25 — ManDi Technology Holdings (01400.HK) announced that the board expects that the loss attributable to owners for the year ending December 31, 2024, ("Fiscal Year 2024"), will be approximately RMB 88.4 million. Compared to this, the group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of approximately RMB 230 million to RMB 250 million in the 2025 fiscal year. The turnaround from a loss in the 2024 fiscal year to a profit in the 2025 fiscal year is mainly due to a profit of about RMB 256 million from discontinued operations, which includes approximately RMB 263 million from the sale of subsidiaries in the 2025 fiscal year.

The loss in Fiscal Year 2024 turning into a profit in Fiscal Year 2025 is mainly attributed to the profit of approximately RMB 256 million from discontinued operations, which includes the gain from the sale of subsidiaries of approximately RMB 263 million occurring in Fiscal Year 2025.
