Abstract: Safe, Practical, Inclusive

On March 26, the “Tongxing Co-creation” 2026 Cloud Valley Forum on AI Industry Sharing was held at Daily Gold Tower. Fang Yi, founder of Daily Interactive, delivered a keynote speech titled “Use Without Owning, Flow Without Retaining,” explaining the company’s thoughts and practices on the path to AI implementation at an industry event that gathered over a hundred representatives from fields such as government, healthcare, and education.

Let AI Utilize Private Data and Make Useful AI

“AI being useful absolutely relies on data, especially the use of private data.” Fang Yi stated directly. In his view, no matter how powerful a general model is, it cannot achieve the precision required to meet the diverse needs of different industries, departments, and individuals. This is precisely the core proposition of Daily Interactive in the AI era: to let AI utilize private data.

In July last year, Daily Interactive released the first version of the “Ge Zhi·Intelligent Workstation.” Over the past six months, the product has continued to iterate, transitioning from a unit version to a personal version and an online version, gradually covering the needs of different user groups such as enterprises, government, and individuals. Fang Yi admitted, “Everyone wants AI to help them work, but no one is willing to hand over core data. How do we resolve this contradiction? We have been pondering.”

The solution from Daily Interactive is encapsulated in eight words—“Use Without Owning, Flow Without Retaining.”—Data can be used but does not need to be owned; it can create value in circulation but does not need to accumulate risk in retention.

Cloud-Edge-End-Database Architecture, Creating Safe, Practical, Inclusive AI

How can AI call upon private data safely? Daily Interactive’s answer is a cloud-edge-end-database hybrid architecture. Fang Yi analyzed, “Purely private deployment is too expensive; most companies cannot afford it; going fully to the cloud is also concerning—who dares to hand over core data to others?” Based on this judgment, the Ge Zhi·Intelligent Workstation launched by Daily Interactive employs a cloud-edge-end-database hybrid architecture: local small models handle sensitive data and routine office tasks, while large models in the cloud execute complex tasks and provide powerful computing power.

Daily Interactive’s caution regarding technology is also reflected in the recent “Lobster” (Open Claw) craze. Fang Yi believes that while Open Claw possesses powerful autonomous operation capabilities, it also brings significant security risks—such as being able to read stored passwords and other sensitive information in a browser once granted permission. “So we advocate ‘putting the lobster in a cage.’” He introduced that Daily Interactive has safely encapsulated Open Claw’s capabilities within the Ge Zhi·Intelligent Workstation, launching the “Ge Zhi Cage Lobster” solution, which preserves the efficiency of “Lobster” in executing complex tasks while ensuring that core data and permissions remain in the hands of the user, allowing ordinary users to access AI at low cost and high security.

The inclusivity of Daily Interactive’s AI products is not only reflected in the protection of non-technical users but also in the deep adaptation to specific industry scenarios. Fang Yi explained through the co-creation case with Taichang Group: traditional tower design requires manually drawing floor plans and then converting them into 3D models, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Based on past drawing data training, Daily Interactive can understand complex drawings and automatically generate 3D modeling scripts in just a few seconds with AI assistance, allowing staff to shift from “drawing” to “reviewing drawings,” significantly enhancing efficiency. “The inclusivity of AI is not just about being able to ‘get things done’ but genuinely helping in specific business scenarios,” Fang Yi stated on site.

Underlying Technology Throughout Evolution, Creating Sustainable Value AI

Behind these practices is Daily Interactive’s long-term accumulation of technology. Fang Yi recalled, “The recent boom of large models has introduced the concept of ‘token economy.’ This term may seem new, but for Daily Interactive, it’s an ‘old friend.’” He explained that a token is an identity identifier, a credential for resource access, invocation, and tagging. “When we first provided message push services, the device connection identifier we used was a Token. Each connection corresponds to a unique identifier; this is the basis of connection.”

In 2013, scholars like Google published the Word to Vec paper, transforming words into vectors and initiating the era of Tokenization. Daily Interactive began to apply this technology on a large scale in 2015, achieving “APP to Vec.” Fang Yi made an analogy: “The list of installed apps on a phone is like an essay written by the user every day; we model data based on the similarities between these ‘essays.’”

This vectorization approach is consistent with the tokenization processing in Daily Interactive’s large model products today. Compressing complex objects into vectors and using tokens for expression and scheduling is essentially a high-level refinement and efficient reuse of information. Fang Yi summarized that it is these years of accumulation that have enabled Daily Interactive to find the most economical and efficient way in the token economy era—using vectors to express a complex world and tokens to schedule intelligent resources, ultimately allowing AI to be affordable at “one dollar per person per day,” making it more accessible and usable.

Conclusion: Tongxing Co-creation

Finally, Fang Yi returned to the opening word—“Tong, human processing, A plus I. Human-machine collaboration is the key to co-creating the future.” This is also the reason he set the theme of the event as “Tongxing Co-creation”—traveling alongside AI, co-creating with the industry.

From the concept of “Use Without Owning, Flow Without Retaining” to the safe implementation of “Cage Lobster,” Daily Interactive is transforming AI into a more secure, practical, and inclusive productive force. Tongxing Co-creation, journeying into the future.

Daily Interactive hopes to journey into the future with more partners.
