Shanxi Xinghua Village Fenjiu Group recently announced the list of candidates selected for frontline technical worker positions for 2026. The list includes more than ten master’s degree graduates hired as brewers and packaging workers, attracting public attention. In response, Fenjiu Group stated that anyone who meets the requirements in the announcement can apply. Although holding a master’s degree involves physically demanding frontline work, there are greater opportunities for promotion and salary differences. A total of 196 people were hired in this recruitment, with educational backgrounds ranging from technical secondary school to master’s degree. (Jinyun)
