Cryptocurrency advocate Bill Morgan has pointed out that Ripple's stablecoin RLUSD has experienced a significant but little-known decrease in supply. Within two weeks, approximately 170 million RLUSD were burned, reducing its total supply from nearly 1.6 billion to 1.43 billion. This may be the largest annual reduction in RLUSD history. Recent daily burn rates have reached as high as 9.6 million RLUSD, continuing the trend of substantial burns that began in March.
