**  [Caixin]** Pinduoduo (NASDAQ: PDD), a low-cost e-commerce platform, has launched its own brand operation model.

On March 25, Pinduoduo officially announced the formation of “Xin Pinmu,” a self-operated brand platform. According to reports, “Xin Pinmu” integrates supply chain resources from “Pinduoduo + Temu,” focusing on the global market, systematically managing and incubating brands across different markets and categories.

Pinduoduo stated that “Xin Pinmu” has established a new dedicated company in Shanghai. The first phase received a cash injection of 15 billion yuan, with a planned total investment of 100 billion yuan over the next three years, covering domestic industrial belts comprehensively, launching customized manufacturing solutions, and cultivating a number of self-operated brands with different positioning and categories.
