Luzhou Bank: President Liu Shirong Resigns

On March 23, Luzhou Bank disclosed an announcement stating that the bank’s board of directors received a written resignation letter from President Liu Shirong on March 23, 2026. Due to approaching retirement age, Liu Shirong resigned from his position as President, effective upon receipt of the resignation letter by the board. After resigning as President, Liu Shirong will be transferred to a non-executive director (employee director) position effective immediately, and will continue to serve as a member of the Related-Party (Connected) Transactions Control Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the board.
