Wing Yee International's two units in Kennedy Town were recently sold through tender. Unit B on the 19th floor was transacted at HK$9.269 million with a usable rate of HK$326.37 per square foot; Unit E on the 5th floor was transacted at HK$13.5 million with a usable rate of HK$360.96 per square foot, setting a new high. To date, a total of 84 units have been sold with cumulative transaction amount exceeding HK$760 million, with investor buyers accounting for 70%, achieving satisfactory results.

Yong Yi International (01218) Kennedy Town Seaview Garden is offering one unit through tender. It is Unit B on the 19th floor, with a one-room layout, a usable area of 284 square feet, sold for HKD 9.269 million, with a price of HKD 32,637 per square foot.

Additionally, Unit E on the 5th floor of the project, a two-room layout, was recently sold through tender. It has a usable area of 374 square feet plus a 147-square-foot platform. The transaction price was HKD 13.5 million, with a usable price of HKD 36,096 per square foot, setting a new record for the project’s price per square foot.

Yong Yi International Group Chairman and CEO Ko Hsin said that the project has sold a total of 84 units so far, with total transactions exceeding HKD 760 million. Among buyers, there are many investors, who account for about 70% of the total. The largest buyer spent over HKD 124 million to purchase 12 units across two floors, and the sales performance is encouraging.
