According to Greater Bay Area Voice, Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive John Lee will travel to Hainan tomorrow (the 24th) to attend the Boao Forum for Asia 2026 Annual Conference. This year's conference theme is "Shaping a Shared Future: New Situation, New Opportunities, New Cooperation." John Lee will attend the opening plenary session of the conference and will deliver a keynote speech at the "Global Free Trade Port Development Forum." John Lee will return to Hong Kong on March 26. During his absence from Hong Kong, Chief Secretary for Administration Chan Kwok-kei will assume the duties of Chief Executive.
