DoNews, March 25 — Sports technology company Keep (03650) announced its full-year 2025 financial report today, covering the period until December 31, 2025. During this period, Keep achieved revenue of 1.637 billion yuan.

The report shows that Keep’s gross profit for 2025 was 854 million yuan, with a gross profit margin of 52.2%, up 5.5 percentage points from 46.7% in the same period last year, marking three consecutive years of growth.

Adjusted net profit under non-IFRS standards for 2025 was 25.22 million yuan, compared to an adjusted net loss of 470 million yuan in the same period last year, turning losses into profits.

Since 2025, revenue from Keep’s own brand sports products reached 778 million yuan, online membership and paid content revenue was 680 million yuan, and advertising and other income totaled 179 million yuan. The equipment category’s contribution to consumer goods revenue increased to over 60%, a 15 percentage point rise compared to 2024.

Throughout 2025, Keep’s average monthly active users and average monthly paying members were 21.77 million and 2.74 million, respectively, with a membership penetration rate of 12.6%, further up from 10.6% in 2024.

Additionally, the average revenue per monthly active user in 2025 increased to 6.3 yuan, an 8.9% rise from the same period last year.

The financial report reveals that by the end of 2025, Kaka had generated personalized training plans for over 1.3 million users, with voice coaching calls exceeding 21 million, 340,000 training plans completed, and 3.5 million food images recognized. Moreover, Kaka’s data analysis feature achieved a 69% next-day retention rate, demonstrating AI’s long-term stickiness in high-frequency scenarios.
