$400,000,000+ worth of $BTC came online after 10 YEARS.

An Irish drug dealer hid 6,000 Bitcoin inside a fishing rod case.
He wrote his private keys on a piece of paper and stored it there. When he got arrested in 2017, his belongings were cleared out and sent to a landfill.
The keys were lost and $423 million considered lost forever.
Until yesterday.
Ireland's Criminal Assets Bureau teamed up with Europol and 500 BTC ($35 million) just moved to Coinbase after 10 years of complete inactivity.
Here is the part that makes this even bigger.
He bought all 6,000 BTC in 2011 and 2012, when Bitcoin was trading at just $5 per coin. Total investment: roughly $30,000.
Today that same stack is worth $423 million. A 14,000x return.
The 6,000 BTC were split across 12 wallets of 500 BTC each.
Investigators say the same method can now be applied to all 11 remaining wallets, meaning the Irish government could recover the entire $423 million.
But Nobody knows exactly how they got in.
Did they find the paper or Did they use something else entirely?
