Abstract generation in progress

According to the Institute of High Energy Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, on March 20, the first round of project solicitations for the national major scientific infrastructure — the High Energy Synchrotron Radiation Light Source — was launched. This marks the transition of Asia’s first fourth-generation high-energy synchrotron radiation light source from the construction phase to the stage of official operational readiness. The High Energy Synchrotron Radiation Light Source is China’s first high-energy synchrotron radiation source, Asia’s first, and the fifth fourth-generation synchrotron radiation source globally. It is also currently the world’s brightest designed synchrotron radiation source. It mainly consists of two parts: an accelerator and beamline stations. Its basic principle is “accelerate electrons, produce light,” providing scientific users with customized, high-quality X-rays for scientific experiments. (CCTV News)
