Brothers, your body is your most precious wealth, especially in the crypto industry we're all in. We absolutely must prioritize our health above everything else!

We sit all day staring at candlestick charts, eyes glued to the screen, hearts racing with price movements, emotions on a constant rollercoaster of highs and lows, with extreme anxiety, depression, and mood swings. Add in the fact that many of us lack exercise, love staying up late watching the markets, and over time, our bodies really can't handle it.

I used to be the same way—gaming for over a dozen hours a day, rushing ranks with friends, getting that adrenaline rush, having a blast. But every time I finished, my head would be buzzing and my whole body felt uncomfortable.

Eventually I woke up and started taking my health seriously, getting regular full-body checkups. Once during a colonoscopy, two sisters in their thirties next to me asked, "Little brother, what's wrong with you?"

I laughed and said, "Nothing, just here for a checkup to put my mind at ease."

They immediately gave me a thumbs up: "That's the right mindset!" Even the doctor approved.

Because only you truly know your own body, and early screening can catch problems before they become serious.

Especially for us in the crypto community, we absolutely must watch out for risks that can lead to sudden cardiac death. Don't think you're safe just because you're young—there are real, tragic examples:

People who continuously stayed up late watching markets, were emotionally stressed, and suddenly suffered heart attacks, passing away very suddenly.

Like cases in the gaming industry where people stayed awake for several days and nights straight in internet cafes, then just collapsed (similar to us watching 24-hour market action).

The crypto industry has had cases too—young founders or traders in their early 30s who had incidents under high pressure and volatile markets, or suffered breakdowns from anxiety and depression after major losses.

When markets crash, leverage gets liquidated, that feeling of racing heartbeat and insomnia—accumulated long-term, it really can break your heart and mental health.

These aren't scare tactics; they're real events that have happened.

Prolonged sedentary behavior, insufficient sleep, chronic anxiety—these all significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and sudden death.

Even if you exercise regularly, sitting for 11+ hours a day keeps risk levels high.

So please, treasure your body and put it first!

Try not to stay up late. If you absolutely must, at least ensure you sleep 7-8 hours total (for example, if you sleep at 2 AM, sleep until around 11 AM the next day—don't force yourself).

Exercise moderately, don't overdo it, don't exercise after drinking, and don't shower immediately after working out (especially with hot water, it can cause blood vessel dilation issues).

Stand up frequently to walk around, do some stretches, limit phone scrolling and screen time, manage your emotions, don't let the charts control your mood.

Get regular checkups—early detection brings peace of mind.

With a healthy body, you'll have the capital to earn more money and live the life you want.

Money can be made again, but once your health is gone, there's nothing left. Brothers, earning crypto is important, but your life is what truly matters!

Take care of yourselves. Let's stay healthy and play this game for the long run together!
