Digital Realty Further Expands Mediterranean Presence with Strategic Land Acquisitions in Milan

Digital Realty has announced its entry into the Milan market with the acquisition of two land parcels for a new data center campus in Abbiategrasso. This expansion strengthens Digital Realty’s leadership in the Mediterranean and Southern Europe, complementing its existing presence in Rome. The Milan campus will initially feature an 8-megawatt facility, with plans for further expansion up to 84 MW, aiming to cater to the growing demand for cloud, AI, and interconnection services in Northern Italy.
