If Zhang Xuefeng did not leave a will, then:

Marital joint property - Zhang Xuefeng's second wife gets 50%

The remaining 50% of marital joint property and Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property become the estate, divided equally among spouse, daughter, father, and mother.

Final distribution:
Daughter: 12.5% marital joint property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property
Zhang Xuefeng's second wife: 62.5% marital joint property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property
Zhang Xuefeng's father and mother: 25% marital joint property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property

If there is a posthumous child or a child born with the second wife, Zhang Xuefeng's daughter would receive even less.
