Teacher Zhang Xuefeng's passing taught me:

1. The greatest fairness in the world is that everyone will die. The second greatest fairness is that you can't take anything with you.

2. The ability to age peacefully is already a tremendous blessing. Not everyone has this opportunity.

3. Don't plan things too far ahead. The crematorium is never short of regrets.

4. Wear the clothes you like more often, use the things you like more, don't treat them as treasures. After people leave, even the best things end up in the trash.

5. Don't let separation teach us what it means to cherish.

6. If you don't live happily, then living to a ripe old age is the most vicious curse.

7. You must stay healthy. Don't let the people around you feel relieved when you're gone.

8. No matter how significant matters are, they're insignificant in the face of death.

9. Life refers to the process of living, not the outcome.

From this perspective, bear markets arriving, rugpulls, liquidations on 1011, missing out on Chinese Meme coins—none of these are big deals.

Living, living, living—that's all that matters.
