Southern Precision announced that shareholder Zhejiang Yinwan Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. – Yinwan Quanying 30 Private Securities Investment Fund reduced its holdings through centralized bidding from February 2 to March 16, 2026, by 3.0506 million shares, accounting for 0.86%; on March 16, it reduced an additional 2.586 million shares through block trading, accounting for 0.73%; totaling a reduction of 5.6366 million shares, or 1.59%. After the reduction, the shareholding decreased from 6.8038 million shares to 1.1672 million shares, and the combined shareholding of Shi Jianwei and its concerted parties decreased from 40.00% to 38.41%.
