Zijin Bank: President Que Zhenghe's Eligibility for Appointment Approved

On March 16, Zijin Bank announced that it recently received the approval from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Qu Zhenghe’s appointment as director and president of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank (Document No. Su Jin Fu [2026] 63), confirming his eligibility for the positions.

Qu Zhenghe, male, born in August 1975, of Chinese nationality, holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and is an economist. He has previously served as deputy head of the fund operations division and general manager of the fund operations department and president of Peixu Branch at Siyang United Cooperative Society; general manager of the credit management department at Siyang Rural Cooperative Bank; deputy director of the Rural Credit Cooperative Federation of Hongze County; senior manager of the business management office, deputy general manager, and general manager of the business management department at Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperatives Union; and general manager of the business management (inclusive finance) department at Jiangsu Agricultural and Commercial Bank Union. He is currently the deputy party secretary and acting president of Zijin Bank.
