Crypto World News reports that on March 21, Trump recently stated that he is willing to engage in dialogue with Iran but currently does not want a ceasefire. He also expressed confidence that the Strait of Hormuz will “automatically” reopen at some point, despite allies being unwilling to assist. Trump said at the White House on Friday, “You have to understand, when you’re completely destroying the other side, you won’t be stopping fire. NATO could help us, but so far they haven’t had the courage. Others can help, but we’re not counting on them.” Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Trump reiterated, “We don’t need it. Europe needs it, South Korea, Japan, and many other countries need it, so they must get involved in that issue.” Trump also mentioned that, eventually, the Strait of Hormuz will open automatically. When asked about domestic polls, Trump stated, “CNN released a poll today showing my approval rating at 100%.”
