Guojin Securities research reports indicate that the market’s contradiction lies in asset prices outpacing fundamentals. A-shares will face overall valuation digestion pressure in the near future, with limited downside at the index level, but structural differentiation remains the key to future market solutions. Stocks representing Chinese resources and manufacturing have the best allocation value amid global turbulence. Priority is given to physical assets with strategic resource value, such as crude oil, shipping, copper, aluminum, and rare earths.

CMB International Securities states that in the medium to long term, policies against “involution” will continue to strengthen, U.S.-China demand may resonate, and the return of the “shadow anchor” of gold may accelerate PPI to turn positive. It recommends paying attention to segments with sustained price increases, such as power equipment, crude oil, chemicals, and precious metals.

The China Asset Management Rare Metals ETF (562800) closely tracks the CS Rare Metals Index (930632.CSI).
