Qiule Seed Industry Announcement: The shareholder holding more than 5%, Henan Agricultural Investment Industry Investment Co., Ltd., currently holds 10,273,800 shares, accounting for 6.2190%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.3 million shares, or 1.9975% of the company’s total share capital, within three months after 30 trading days from the date of disclosure, through centralized bidding or block trading. The shares originate from pre-listing acquisitions and subsequent increases. The reason for the reduction is business development needs.
