On the evening of March 15, the Market Supervision Administration of Xindu District, Chengdu City, issued a situation report: On March 15, media reports about the online store “Cangcao Zhibutang” claiming that artificially cultivated Cordyceps sold on the platform are “wild Cordyceps” have attracted our high attention. We immediately launched an investigation and have filed a case against the store operator, Li Moumou, for suspected illegal activities. The case is under further investigation. Moving forward, our bureau will handle the case in accordance with the law based on the investigation findings, firmly protecting consumers’ legitimate rights and interests. (Jiemian News)
