Why did I say last Friday that the technology sector would rebound? Gao Hongpeng from Hexun Investment Advisory stated that the first reason I explained is that it forms a seesaw with the oil sector. Recently, the technology sector has been adjusting, so when oil weakens, the technology sector naturally rebounds.

The second important reason is that starting this week, NVIDIA will hold a GTC developer conference. This event will provide news-driven stimuli to many sub-sectors within computing power, which is beneficial for a rebound. So how should everyone utilize this? Don’t chase high prices; instead, take advantage of those that have fallen the most and are short-term oversold, with rebound potential. When news triggers, what happens? The rebound becomes even stronger. Therefore, learn to lurk; after lurking, take profits when the market looks good. Why? Because the current market is still a low-volume, oscillating market, not a main trend. It’s driven by news and short-term opportunities. Take profits when appropriate, and avoid chasing rallies.
