Sales and Revenue Doubled; Leapo Motors Achieves Annual Profitability for the First Time

On March 16, Leap Motor (09863.HK) released its 2025 financial report. During the period, Leap Motor delivered 596,600 new vehicles, achieving double-digit growth for two consecutive years.

Notably, the company achieved a net profit of 540 million yuan last year, marking its first full-year profit and becoming the second new Chinese carmaker to achieve annual profitability.

In terms of other financial indicators, the company achieved revenue of 64.73 billion yuan, a 101.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024; gross profit margin reached 14.5%, a new annual high; available funds totaled 37.88 billion yuan, maintaining positive operating cash flow and free cash flow.

In 2025, Leap Motor’s product lineup will undergo intensive updates. The B platform launched three new models: B10, B01, and Lafa5. Three SUVs on the C platform have been facelifted, and the A platform’s A10 along with the D platform’s D19 and D99 have been unveiled. Additionally, the company’s end-to-end assisted driving technology is accelerating its deployment.

Regarding globalization, as of the end of February 2026, Leap Motor has exported over 100,000 units. By December 31, 2025, Leap International had established approximately 900 sales and after-sales service outlets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia-Pacific.

The company has learned that the Leap Spain CKD project has been approved, with plans to introduce the B10 and B05 models. The B10 has entered the OTS (production tooling prototype) stage for local manufacturing, with the first trial vehicle completed and expected to be officially put into production in October 2026. The B05 is expected to start trial production in June 2026 and officially begin mass production in 2027. The supporting battery factories for these two models have completed site selection and are currently undergoing factory renovations. The first battery pack trial production is planned to start in April 2026, with mass production officially launching in July.

In December 2025, Leap Motor was officially included in the Hang Seng Tech Index constituents.
