STMicroelectronics (STM) and Leopard Imaging have launched a new all-in-one multimodal vision module for humanoid and advanced robotics. This module integrates ST’s imaging, 3D scene-mapping, and motion sensing technologies with Nvidia’s Holoscan Sensor Bridge, allowing for native compatibility with Nvidia Jetson and Isaac platforms. The collaboration aims to simplify vision system design for physical AI applications, addressing the size, weight, and power constraints of humanoid robots in various industrial and service sectors.
