Shenzhen Baozhong Bihai New Development Jiuhao Garden Low-Density Residential Coming Soon

****Guandian.com News: On March 10th, Shenzhen Baozhong Bihai District’s new development “Jiuhao Garden” is scheduled to open its model units in mid-March and officially launch at the end of the month.

The project initially offers Buildings 1 and 3, which are 23 to 26-story low-rise residential buildings. The main unit types include four layouts of 105㎡, 112㎡, and 122㎡, all designed according to the latest building standards, featuring pure four-bedroom configurations aimed at balancing practicality and comfort.

“Jiuhao Garden” has a plot ratio of only about 2.2, making it one of the low-density developments in the Bihai area, and is rare among new developments in Shenzhen. The buildings feature a 2-entrance, 4-unit configuration, with southwest-facing units offering unobstructed sea views, and northwest-facing units overlooking the golf course and Bihai Bay Park, providing expansive scenic views. The project was formerly known as Jinming Garden. After some twists and turns, it was revitalized through a joint effort between Xinmei Industry and Hong Kong Xinfu Port Group. In September 2022, a restructuring investor was publicly recruited, and with the support of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, creditors, and various social parties, the project was able to restart.
