BiHelix and Baoshun Holdings Group recently announced a partnership to jointly promote the development of Bougainville's digital economy and Web3 infrastructure. According to the cooperation plan, BiHelix will focus on implementing Bitcoin and Web3 ecosystems locally, participate in relevant policy formulation, and assist in building Web3 financial infrastructure systems including national-level node networks, Bitcoin reserves, official stablecoins, digital asset payment and settlement, digital identity, and tax systems; Baoshun Holdings Group, as Bougainville's exclusive strategic partner for the "Digital World," will lead the development of government digital infrastructure and digital industries, responsible for establishing digital free trade ports and digital financial service platforms, and promote global digital infrastructure investment and industry cooperation.
