Tesla's US FSD one-time purchase option is coming to an end, with Australia ending on March 31.
According to Tesla Australia, Tesla (TSLA.US) will cease offering the one-time full purchase option for FSD services in Australia on March 31, 2026.
Additionally, in North America, Tesla will end sales on February 14. Currently, the one-time purchase price for FSD on Tesla’s US website is $8,000, significantly reduced from the previous $15,000. Afterward, consumers can opt for a $99 monthly subscription, but prices may vary and could increase as technology advances.
On January 14, Tesla CEO Elon Musk posted on social platform X that Tesla will stop selling the Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability package after February 14. Going forward, FSD will only be available through a monthly subscription.
