Original Title: Nanjing’s First Stock Listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange This Year
Number of “A+H” Companies in Jiangsu Rises to 11
On March 9th, Nanjing’s first listed company of the year rang the bell—Estun Automation was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This marks Estun’s significant move in the capital market after its 2015 listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Estun also becomes the first domestic industrial robot company to be listed with both “A (A-shares) + H (Hong Kong stocks).”
Founded in 1993, Estun’s main business includes industrial robots, intelligent manufacturing systems, and industrial robot workstations. Last year, Estun continued the high-growth trend of the industrial robot market, maintaining the top position in the domestic robot market for eight consecutive years. This year, Estun will further accelerate its layout of intelligent technology ecosystems, forming a comprehensive “AI + Robots” full-stack technology chain that integrates system developers, application software ecosystems, and AI digital management platforms. With this Hong Kong listing, Estun issued 96.78 million shares globally, successfully attracting many well-known investment institutions, which fully demonstrates the capital market’s high recognition of Estun’s development prospects. An official from Estun stated that by establishing an overseas capital investment and financing platform, the company can better meet the needs of overseas business development and further realize its global market positioning and vision.
With Estun’s successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board, the number of “A+H” companies in Jiangsu has reached 11. According to iFinD data, there are currently 14 A-share listed companies in Jiangsu waiting to apply for Hong Kong listings. These two sets of data indicate that Jiangsu enterprises are now on a fast track utilizing both domestic and international financing platforms. (Ji Cheng, Chen Xian)
