CATL (03750.HK) announced that for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, it achieved operating revenue of 423.702 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 17.04%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 72.201 billion RMB, a 42.28% increase; net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 64.508 billion RMB, a 43.37% increase; and basic earnings per share were 16.14 RMB.

The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 69.57 RMB (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. This cash dividend is denominated and announced in RMB, paid in RMB to A-share shareholders, and paid in HKD to H-share shareholders. The actual amount of H-share dividends converted into HKD will be calculated based on the RMB/HKD exchange rate (1 HKD = 0.88253 RMB) announced by the People’s Bank of China on the trading day before the board reviews this plan (March 6, 2026). Therefore, the dividend payable for every 10 H-shares is 78.83 HKD (including tax). For the 2025 fiscal year, the company will not implement capital reserve fund conversion or issue bonus shares.

During the reporting period, the group’s revenue mainly came from power batteries and energy storage batteries. During this period, the group achieved revenue of 423.702 billion RMB, an increase of 17.04% compared to 362.013 billion RMB in the same period in 2024, mainly due to the sustained growth in demand for new energy power and energy storage markets. The group achieved a gross profit of 111.319 billion RMB, up 25.79% from 88.494 billion RMB in the same period in 2024; the overall gross profit margin was 26.27%, up 1.83 percentage points from 24.44% in the same period in 2024. The increase in gross profit margin was mainly due to improvements in the gross margins of battery materials, recycling business, and other operations.
