ST Huayang: Controlling shareholder Xiangjiang New Area completes additional 1% shareholding increase
ST Huayang announced that from August 26, 2025, to February 15, 2026, the controlling shareholder, Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Development Group Co., Ltd., increased its holdings of the company’s A-shares by a total of 2.5334 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, spending 24.7242 million yuan. This increased its stake from 47.6497 million shares to 50.1831 million shares, raising the ownership percentage from 18.81% to 19.81%. The increase has reached the lower limit of the planned increase of 1.00% to 2.00%. The share buyback plan has been completed and does not involve a mandatory offer or result in a change of the controlling shareholder or actual controller.
