Gelonghui, March 4 — China National Offshore Oil Corporation (600938.SH) announced that as of March 4, 2026, its actual controller, China National Offshore Oil Corporation Group, has increased its holdings of the company’s A-shares by a total of 705,500 shares, accounting for approximately 0.0015% of the company’s total issued shares. The total purchase amount is RMB 30,006,347 (excluding taxes and fees). The group has also increased its holdings of the company’s Hong Kong shares by 24,298,000 shares, representing about 0.0511% of the total issued shares, with a total purchase amount of RMB 372,780,006 (excluding taxes and fees). The total amount of shares increased is RMB 402,786,353 (excluding taxes and fees).
