Hyatt Hotels Corporation reported strong first quarter 2024 results, with comparable system-wide RevPAR increasing by 5.5% and net rooms growth of approximately 5.5%. The company achieved a record gross fee revenue of $262 million, expanded its pipeline to 129,000 rooms, and saw World of Hyatt membership grow to 46 million members. Hyatt also made significant progress on asset dispositions, realizing $1.5 billion of gross proceeds towards its $2.0 billion asset sell-down commitment by the end of 2024.
