Odaily Planet Daily reports that Ethereum co-founder Vitalik proposed enhancing the user experience and security of Ethereum wallets and smart contracts through features like “transaction simulation.” Users can first specify their on-chain operation intent and then choose “Confirm” or “Cancel” after reviewing the transaction simulation results.

Additionally, he suggested introducing mechanisms such as spending limits and multi-signature authorization to ensure that user intent, expected outcomes, and risk limits are aligned, thereby reducing the likelihood of high-risk operations. However, he also pointed out that defining user intent is extremely complex and that achieving “perfect security” is impossible. He called for multiple verification methods to improve system security.

Security is one of the “impossible trinity” in blockchain, alongside decentralization and scalability, representing a key challenge. In recent years, the Ethereum ecosystem has focused more on decentralization and scalability, especially the latter. (Cointelegraph)
