Recently in the crypto world, there are fluctuations driven by news, and sideways movement when there is no news.

Moreover, gold, silver, commodities, and US stocks are all hitting new highs.

In the crypto circle, it’s like being a neglected pet that suddenly falls out of favor.

Bitcoin is down 7% for the year 2025.

Bitcoin was originally used to hedge against inflation, like gold. Later, it followed the US stock indices, and when US stocks open higher in the evening, Bitcoin is likely to rise as well. Now, it seems Bitcoin has lost its anchor and no longer follows any mainstream asset.

When an asset begins to lose its anchor, there are usually two possibilities: either it is being abandoned by the market, or it has already priced in the risk in advance.

But will Bitcoin be abandoned? Probably not. Such a big cake, how could it be casually discarded?

From a macro perspective, this round of asset growth is not happening in an environment of full liquidity return. Small interest rate hikes, cheap money starting to spill over less, are also the beginning of Bitcoin’s decline. The Federal Reserve has been shrinking its balance sheet over the past year, and new liquidity has not truly entered the market.

So now, while everything else is rising, Bitcoin has not made a statement and is sideways. This is the asset that truly deserves attention. It may be waiting for a clearer direction. The real opportunity often appears when it is generally underestimated.

Plan ahead and wait patiently for the blossoms!
