On the exchange side, Indriana, as Business Development & Research at Tokocrypto, highlighted the significant challenge of shifting user orientation from merely trading to a broader understanding of Web3. The main obstacles still stem from technical complexity, including wallet usage, private key management, gas fees, and risks of wrong network, (scam), and interactions with dangerous smart contracts—which often make it difficult for new users.

Indriana added that some users still have a short-term profit mindset, whereas Web3 emphasizes active participation, utility utilization, and the concept of digital asset ownership. In this context, the role of exchanges becomes crucial as a safer entry point and as providers of basic Web3 education and risk awareness.

As a crypto asset trader, Tokocrypto functions as a bridge for users from fiat to crypto, helps Web3 projects reach a wider audience, and builds trust through curation and transparency processes. Tokocrypto also states that it continues to promote Web3 literacy through community activities and offline events.

Perspectives from the Web3 Community

From the community perspective, Fandi Achmad from Cryptosiast Community emphasized that the sustainability of Web3 projects heavily depends on user experience quality and community engagement. He considers activities like gaming, events, and sport engagement more effective in building loyalty than just relying on token incentives.

Concluding the discussion, the panelists agreed that for Web3 gaming and sport-tech to truly mainstream, the main focus should be on relevant and seamless (seamless) experiences, without burdening users with Web3 technical complexities. The core value must still be based on gameplay, fan experience, and benefits that can be felt directly.
