The hottest concept in the current crypto market is RWA—Real World Assets on the chain. Many are advocating for decentralization of stocks, bonds, and real estate, but frankly, most public chain projects are stuck on the same issue: how to protect privacy while meeting regulatory requirements?

Recently, I came across an interesting project that was designed from the start for regulated financial assets. Unlike other Layer 1 chains, the core positioning of this chain is to connect traditional finance with the on-chain world.

Why are large traditional financial institutions hesitant to participate in DeFi on a large scale? Basically, there are two main obstacles:

First is privacy. Large institutions cannot make their trading strategies and holdings fully transparent on the public chain—they are business secrets. Second is regulatory hurdles. Anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer regulations are unavoidable; every transaction must be compliant.

This project cleverly solves this dilemma using zero-knowledge proof technology. The core logic is: you can verify the legality of transactions on a public ledger, but transaction amounts and participant identities are completely hidden. Institutions can finally confidently leverage the advantages of blockchain—efficiency and low cost—without worrying about exposing business secrets.

Look at how institutional investors are increasing their holdings in RWA; the compliance track is about to enter a breakout period. As the infrastructure provider for this track, the value potential of related projects is seriously underestimated. For those looking to bet on the integration of Web3 and traditional finance, this is a direction worth exploring in depth.

Zero-knowledge proofs sound impressive, but can they really make institutions trust the on-chain world...

Zero-knowledge proofs sound pretty impressive, but can they really address institutional concerns? Or is it just another concept hype?
