Many young people give up because they start by wanting to be a "normal person."
Seeing others take civil service exams, you buy study materials; seeing others get married, you also feel anxious; seeing others with mortgage payments, you think that's what constitutes a "proper life."
You ask elders: Why follow the crowd? The elders say: Everyone is doing it, it's safe, stable, and avoids mistakes.
And what’s the result? The so-called "safety" is trading 30 years of freedom for a concrete box, exhausting yourself in a cubicle, then using the remaining money to buy a gym membership, pretending you're healthy.
Society has drawn a circle called the "standard life" for you. You scramble inside, thinking you're climbing upward. But from outside the circle, you're just grinding away.
So the question is: Do you want to be a decent "normal person" among the herd, or dare to be that wolf mocked by others but able to see the grasslands?
