Spot trading is not afraid of hearing such words, which really sound ridiculous. To put it simply, you know best what the feeling of loss is.

I understand that some people buy Bitcoin, at least there is a chance to recover in the next bull market, maybe even turn things around. But if you insist on fixating on a certain crappy altcoin, and keep telling yourself stories about long-term holding and faith, then I have to ask—what do you really gain?

In the end, it's all blood loss. Money has been poured in, time has been wasted, energy exhausted, and even your mindset has collapsed. The fourfold costs stack up, and it’s not worth it no matter how you look at it. To be honest, that so-called "faith in holding" is just self-comfort after being trapped at the top. Knowing full well that a turnaround is unlikely, yet still finding reasons to hold on—that’s the cruel reality of psychological games.

Haha brother, this is just self-deception. Faith can't save bad coins either. --- Really, the hardest part was when it was at the top, forcing yourself to tell stories to fool yourself into a turnaround. --- Holding a broken coin = mental victory, wake up everyone. --- The quadruple cost stacking is a big trap, bleeding losses but still pretending to be calm. --- Faith in holding coins? Isn't it just an excuse when you're trapped? I see right through it. --- Spot trading isn't scary, it's easy to say but hard to do. When you lose, anyone would break down.

Really, that rhetoric about faith and blessing has worn my ears out. Ultimately, it's just being trapped and numb. Being trapped for too long can indeed lead to self-hypnosis, thinking that persistence is faith, but in reality, it's just having no other options. Losing money is nothing; wasting time and mental state is the real loss. That's the hidden cost.

Breaking the coin traps your mentality as well; this is the result of self-deception.

The "faith" in altcoins, when boiled down, is just self-deception after being trapped. I've seen this far too often.

Really, watching the people around me still chanting the "faith in holding coins" mantra, I just want to laugh... Losing money while deceiving oneself, this script is so cliché. There's nothing good about getting stuck in scam coins, just accept it and don't add drama to yourself.
