Solana's recent trend is worth paying attention to. It just broke through a long-term downtrend line, but then quickly entered a rectangular consolidation zone — you can think of it as the market accumulating strength during a "chip exchange phase."

From a technical perspective, the moving averages are starting to flatten and converge, which usually indicates that the bullish and bearish forces are temporarily balanced. The current key support level is at $115. This price point is critical — if it holds, a volume-driven rebound could lead to a breakout above the rectangle's upper boundary and trigger a new rally. Conversely, if $115 is effectively broken, the price will need to find deeper support levels, and the recovery pace will be extended.

What to do? The most straightforward approach is to position near the edges of the rectangle, or a more cautious method — wait for SOL to clearly break through the upper or lower boundary before taking action. The advantage of this is that you don't have to bet on the direction; instead, you let the market make the choice first, then follow the stronger side.

But there's an unavoidable issue: during the waiting period, your funds are essentially idle, and the opportunity cost is significant. During these days or even weeks when SOL is around $115, other trading opportunities might just slip away. Therefore, when making decisions, you need to consider not only the technical pattern but also the time cost involved.

Wait, can the crucial 115 level really hold? I'm a bit anxious right now.

Just hold on to 115, everything else is empty.

115 is back again. Can we really hold it this time? Feels like SOL is playing with fire.

It's the same old "waiting game" again. I just want to ask, how many people can really hold onto their coins without selling? Whether 115 dollars can be defended or not isn't up to us to decide; it mainly depends on what the institutions think. Honestly, the time cost over these past few weeks is simply uncountable for me. This wave of SOL will either surge dramatically or continue to decline; anyway, I’m not betting anymore.
