"My 5 million U is gone... No authorization, no operation, and the balance suddenly dropped to zero." Such help calls happen every month. This isn't a margin call; it's precise asset hijacking. Reporting to the police often yields no results because the problem has long been embedded in daily habits.

The old system is never updated, wallets are operated over public WiFi, and mnemonic phrases are casually written in phone notes—these seemingly minor security vulnerabilities can ultimately become the fuse for asset disappearance. The defenses you think you have are actually as fragile as paper.

Having navigated the crypto market for many years, one consensus is becoming increasingly clear: learn to protect your assets before trading, and safeguarding your money is more important than making money. Too many people focus solely on candlestick patterns and multipliers, yet they put their entire wealth into unprotected wallets. A simple screenshot can wipe out all your positions.

Today, I want to talk about three things more important than any technical indicator:

First, mnemonic phrases must only exist on physical media. Write them down by hand, store them in two separate places, and never let them contact any network device. This is the first line of defense—and also the last.

Second, large asset operations must be performed on dedicated, clean devices. Do not install unrelated software or connect to unfamiliar networks. The sole purpose of this device is for trading and transfers.

Third, changing passwords regularly is a must. Always double-check the recipient address before each transfer—one careless second can wipe out your entire monthly profit.

Surviving in this market for a long time depends not on perfect operations every time, but on having a complete security system. The first big gain for seasoned players often isn’t from catching a trend, but from never losing a penny due to security issues. Accounts that grow steadily all have a comprehensive security framework behind them.

Market opportunities are available every day, but your assets are only one. Protecting them is more valuable than chasing any percentage increase.

Still dare to store mnemonic phrases in your phone notes? This is really not far from being exploited for free money every day. --- Clean devices are definitely a must; otherwise, a single phishing app can ruin everything. --- Losing 5 million just like that, honestly, it's your own fault—network beggars can access your wallet. --- The advice to double-check addresses really hit me. I once copied and pasted the wrong address, and it was truly social death. --- Holding coins is much harder than trading coins. To be honest, most people simply can't do it. --- Physical isolation is truly the only solution; all cold wallets and hot wallets are just decorations in comparison. --- These days, just looking at K-line charts is useless. You need to learn how to survive first. It's hilarious.

Friends who store mnemonic phrases in their phone memos, it's time to wake up. --- 5 million is gone just like that, I don't even dare to screenshot and check the market. --- I really regret not setting up a clean device earlier. Now every large transfer requires using a backup phone. --- The phrase "double-check the recipient address" hit me hard. How many people have had issues because of copy-paste mistakes? --- Market opportunities are everywhere every day, but once stolen, it's gone. Can't keep track of these losses.

I'm already overwhelmed by the mnemonic phrase on my phone... Should I go buy a physical safe now?

Losing 5 million directly is really heartbreaking; it's still best to consult someone about wallet security.

Damn, storing mnemonic phrases in phone memos? That’s really reckless. --- Honestly, taking a screenshot is truly brilliant. Feel it. --- I have to admit, a dedicated device is really the way to go. It’s so secure. --- Five million can disappear in an instant. Just thinking about it gives me chills. --- May I ask where all the big shots are storing their mnemonic phrases now? --- Holding coins is harder than trading them. Just hearing that makes me uncomfortable. --- How stupid is it to operate your wallet over public Wi-Fi? --- You need a special reminder to change your password regularly? Really? --- Seriously, one screenshot can offset all your positions. That’s terrifying. --- Veteran players’ first big gain comes from never being hacked. That’s impressive.
