Bitmine aims to contribute to the ETH staking industry through the MAVAN validator network in 2026
According to the latest information from Bitmine, this company is focused on strengthening their ethereum staking operations through a major strategic initiative. This includes the launch of MAVAN (Manufactured Validator Network of America), a commercial validator network aimed at providing decentralized staking solutions to the market.
As of December 28, 2025, Bitmine has acquired a significant amount of 408,627 ETH through various staking partnerships. This amount is approximately $1.2 billion USD, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to the ethereum ecosystem.
According to Bitmine’s leader Tom Lee, the combined staking activities will bring substantial economic benefits. Once all of Bitmine’s ETH holdings are fully staked through MAVAN and partner staking service providers, the company is expected to earn $374 million USD annually from staking fees. This is a significant revenue stream that indicates the sustainability of their business model.
In terms of corporate governance, Bitmine will hold an annual shareholders meeting on January 15, 2026, where various proposals will be presented for the company’s future development. Key agenda items include electing the board of directors, amending the corporate bylaws to increase authorized shares, approving incentive programs for 2025, and deliberating on executive compensation structures.
This strategic move by Bitmine reflects the growing importance of ethereum staking in the cryptocurrency landscape and the ongoing development of infrastructure for decentralized finance.
