#股权代币化 Recently, I noticed an interesting phenomenon—Tether is planning to raise $20 billion, and Figure is issuing equity natively on Solana. Equity tokenization seems to be the new trend. I’ve observed many people getting excited upon hearing these news, thinking they are revolutionary breakthroughs.
However, I want to remind everyone to think calmly about a few issues. First, tokenization does not equal increased security. While convenience has improved and transaction costs may have decreased, risks are quietly amplifying—self-custody wallets, DeFi collateralized loans, and other new practices are still unfamiliar territory for most investors. Second, regulation is still in the exploration stage; today’s innovations may face policy adjustments tomorrow.
My advice is: if you want to participate in these new types of assets, be sure to do a few things. First, strictly control your positions—don’t put all your assets into experimental models. Second, spend time truly understanding how these mechanisms work, rather than just following hot trends. Third, remember a basic principle—you shouldn’t participate in assets with volatility you cannot afford.
A steady path has never been the most glamorous, but it can take you further. New opportunities are worth paying attention to, but only if you filter them rationally and manage them with a plan.
