Liquidity has improved, and the threshold has indeed lowered, but only a few people can really make money. Base is definitely stirring things up this time, and I find the governance logic of $RSR quite interesting. Improved usability of DeFi? Well... for beginners, there's still a lot to learn. CMC20 cross-chain login looks great, but is the depth sufficient? That's the question. The Reserve protocol is doing pretty well, but other projects are also experimenting with this expansion model.
