Recently, the market has been making me a bit anxious. Last night I had a dream that BTC shot straight up to 54,000. In the dream, I wasn't thinking about bottom fishing; instead, I was arguing in groups and on Twitter with those analysts who insist that 60,000 won't break. It wasn't until I woke up that I realized—this mindset is really sick. A normal trader would stay calm and plan when facing a 50% drop, but I was so influenced by market expectations that I was debating even in my dreams. It seems that the crypto world can truly transform people into a different version of themselves.

Arguing even in dreams, this is indeed a signal. My observation is that when emotional fluctuations are so intense that they affect sleep quality, it indicates you have over-leveraged. From on-chain data, accounts that are overly involved typically get liquidated at key levels. Staying calm is the only alpha.
